In 2001, the Bishop Paiute Development Corporation answered a bid solicitation from the USFS to develop a "build to suit lease" office facility in the Bishop area. In February 2002 the BPDC was notified that it had successfully won the award. The General Contractor was Flincto, Inc and construction started in June of 2002 and was completed in May of 2003. The finished building in Lots 12 and 13 encompass 3.592 acres and finished occupied space consist of 27,822 SF of office space, 34,354 SF of common parking, 3,195 SF of warehousing, and 33,812 SF of storage yard and secured parking.
