- BITC approved transfer of gas station to BPDC on October 10, 2002. Acquired the Bishop Paiute Gas Station from Tribe as of January 1st 2003. Including all equipment, environmental, accounting and personnel deficiencies.

- BITC in 2007 reacquired management of the Bishop Paiute Gas Station. BPDC has continued to be involved in renovation improvements, repair and maintenance on behalf of BPTC.

- Repaid short-term loan to BITC for shortfall of gas station expenses. ($120,000).

- Repaid $105,000 to BITC for loan to complete construction of gas station.

- Started construction of USFS in July 2002 and completed in May 2003.

- USFS and BLM moved into building on June 2003. Acquired and finalized a $3.5 million loan from Union Bank of California and $2 million loan from Bishop Tribe to construct the USFS Building. (June).

- BPDC enters into a one-year contract for electrical services with Ed Solarewicz. (March 2009)

- BPDC receiving lease payments of $47,000 for USFS Building (August 2003).

- Working with SCE to develop potential training and energy conservation assistance.

- Designs are completed for Expansion of Mini Storage.

- Reaffirmed the corporate authority between the BPDC and BITC at a joint meeting.

- BPDC currently administers a Revolving Loan Program in the amount of $60,000. This loan program is available to Bishop Paiute Tribal members that are seeking financial assistance in owning their own business. Funds can be used to expand new or existing businesses. The Loans are relatively small and are short term and when repaid will enable new loans on a continued basis. This loan program has been available to Tribal members since 2001.
