1) It is the goal of the management and staff to develop the BPDC:

a) As a true semi-autonomous for profit entity of the Bishop Paiute Tribe.
b) To develop and adopt personnel policies and procedures to effectively operate the corporation and its entities.
c) To develop fiscal policies and accounting capabilities to responsibly and effectively operate the fiscal management of the corporation and its entities.
d) To develop, manage, and maintain all for profit making entities of the Tribe.
e) To generate revenues sufficient enough to hire full professional and technical staff.

2) To be good landlords and tenants of the BPDC.

3) To pursue and complete the priority projects as outlined in the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy.

4) To develop the commercial and industrial park; secure financing for a second gas station and convenience store.

5) To develop a plan that will address alternative energy resources for the Bishop Paiute Tribe.

6) Expand the current RV and Mini Storage areas to increase revenues.

7) Take advantage of tribal sovereignty status: (taxation, grants, low-interest loans, technical assistance, etc.)

8) Publish public communications through quarterly newsletters, BITC reports, public meetings, etc.
