- An updated feasibility study may be needed on the second gas station and convenience store. A prior study was conducted in 2003 by Golden Eagle Management.

- Received HUD-ICDBG Grant for $584,500 for Water Storage Tank and Booster Pumps for fire flow to the USFS facility.

- A Community Economic Development Strategy “CEDS” document to Will Marshall, EDA, Los Angeles, CA. (March).

- All properties designated under the management of BPDC will need to have updated agreements/leases in place.

- Completed gas station renovation that includes additional retail square footage, walk in cooler, ceramic flooring, Manager office and employee lounge. Estimated cost $220,000.

- The development of a second gas station and convenience store on the corner of See Vee Lane and West Line Street.

- The development of additional 40-60 units of mini-storage.
