The Bishop Paiute Development Corporation was established to promote economic self-sufficiency through economic development intiatives that bring about greater prosperity for the Bishop Paiute Tribe.

As a Tribal entity, BPDC is engaged in a variety of business ventures that serve to broaden the range of economic opportunities for the Tribe and its people, thus pursuing sustainability through diversification.

Current managed properties include The U.S. Forest Service/Bureau of Land Management Headquarters, Department of Motor Vehicles building, Owens Valley Career Development Campus and Commercial Park.

The Bishop Paiute Development Corporation (BPDC) seeks economic opportunities that will enhance and create income generation for the Bishop Paiute Tribe while promoting and assisting in training programs and employment opportunity and supporting Tribal member entrepreneurship.
